CHOOSING YOUR MATTRESS

1. How do I choose the right OSTRE mattress?

Start with the way you like your mattress to feel. Consider your preferred firmness, sleeping position, comfort material and level of support. You can also use our Mattress Quiz or Compare Mattresses guide to narrow down your choices.

2. Which firmness level is right for me?

Firmness is a personal preference. Side sleepers may prefer more cushioning, while back sleepers often prefer a balanced feel and stomach sleepers may prefer firmer support. Use our Mattress Firmness Guide to explore the different OSTRE firmness levels.

3. What is the difference between Latex and Memory Foam?

Latex offers a more responsive and buoyant feel with less sinking, while Memory Foam gently contours to the body for a more cushioned and embracing feel. Both are used across selected OSTRE mattresses to create different comfort experiences.

4. What mattress size should I choose?

Choose a size based on your available bedroom space, bed frame and sleeping needs. OSTRE mattresses are available in Single, Super Single, Queen and King sizes. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.

DELIVERY & SETUP

5. Are all OSTRE mattresses compressed?

Yes. Every OSTRE mattress is carefully compressed and packed for easier handling and delivery. Once received, simply unbox and unroll the mattress and allow it to expand naturally before use.

6. How will my mattress be delivered?

Your OSTRE mattress will be delivered in compressed packaging for easier transportation and handling. Delivery availability, charges and estimated delivery times may vary by location. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for the latest information.

7. How do I unbox my OSTRE mattress?

Place the packaged mattress in the room where you intend to use it before opening. Carefully remove the outer packaging, unroll the mattress on your bed frame and remove the remaining protective wrapping. Avoid using sharp objects close to the mattress.

8. How long should I allow my mattress to expand?

Your OSTRE mattress will begin expanding after it is removed from its packaging. Expansion time may vary depending on the mattress model and surrounding conditions. Please follow the setup instructions supplied with your mattress.

ORDERS & AFTER-SALES

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact OSTRE Customer Support as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

10. What should I do if my mattress arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, incorrect item or other issue, take clear photos of the mattress, packaging and shipping label and contact OSTRE Customer Support as soon as possible so we can assist you.

11. Can I return my mattress?

Returns are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable eligibility conditions. Please review the policy before requesting a return and contact OSTRE Customer Support if you require assistance.

12. What does the OSTRE warranty cover?

Eligible OSTRE mattresses are covered by our 10-Year Limited Warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Coverage is subject to the terms, exclusions and conditions stated in our Warranty Policy.
